What Grinds my Gears

So often I see photographers here post an artless nude and then say something about how the viewer should "respect the model" in the comments.  Here's an idea ... how about the photographer respect the model and go to the trouble of focusing, white-balancing, and selecting the right depth-of field instead of making the poor girl look like a gutter-slut.  I know it's hard; several seconds of effort at least, but I think if one tries, one can do it.
